So, up next is Ms. Lauren. After reading a big chunk of entries, I'm still not quite sure how I feel about this one. It's not quite a "YAY!" but it's also not an "Ehhh..." either.
Let's start with the easy stuff: I don't like your layout. WHITE BACKGROUND! WHITE BACKGROUND, DAMNIT! I can see how it kinda fits your personality and your entries because really, what you're searching for is "liberation." But it's a WHITE BACKGROUND! I don't like it. You have lots of fun links and stuff, and everything works, so that's good. One thing I didn't like was that on your archive page, the links open on a different page. Me no likey that.
As for the content, I dunno. Maybe it's just that I was intimidated by you. You're obviously very intelligent, you have tons of friends, and you mentioned that your ass is rock hard even though you don't work out. Well, fine! Be that way! Whatever it is, something about you just rubbed me the wrong way or something. I don't know!
Also, what's up with the pictures? Can we have some kind of explanation for them? Like, who's the naked people?
Anyway, in a way, I really understand some of the stuff you write about. I've been there, and I feel what you're talking about. I think you underestimate yourself as a writer. Sometimes, you did get a little too poetic - like you were maybe trying a little to hard - for my tastes, but for the most part, I dug it.
An example of a typical entry is this, where you're kind of stream-of-consciousy and you ramble a bit and you aren't happy and want something more and such like this. I kinda enjoy those types of entries, but again, I'm also intimidated. I wish I could tell you exactly what my problem is, but I don't know. I just can't get a read on you. You talk enough about emotions, that is certainly not lacking in your entries.
I did get bored sometimes. You do talk about your parents a little bit more than I care for, but if that's your thing, than that's cool. This one was really interesting, for example.
I like how your cast page is set up. Very nice with the pictures.
Anyway, all in all, I enjoyed it. You can tell that I enjoyed it by the way I read about 50 entries or so. I guess you could say that it kept me thoroughly captivated. So, good job. You're a very intelligent person with lots of good friends and interesting thoughts and yeah.
I give you an A-, because I can't think of what else to give you.
