3:53 p.m. - 2004-07-27 What I enjoyed most about your journal is your total and complete fangirl-ness. I get new obsessions every week and can truly appreciate someone else with the same infliction. I thought it was awesome that you even have your own fangirl website! I mean, that is rocktasticness. So I think that you can appreciate the fact that I was distracted at times while reading your diary with my own affliction, that being my totally weird Billy Petersen/CSI fangirlness. Every couple of entries I read of yours, I would be distracted by stuff and I'd have to come back to you after a few minutes because I am reviewing you and trying not to be fangirl for at least 30 minutes! My point is, your diary allowed me to be distracted, and I'm not exactly sure if that's a good thing or not. I mean, I read a chunk of entries.. you have about 4,000 of them, so it's hard to read a lot more than a chunk unless I'm really captivated, which in all honesty I guess I wasn't. I mean, don't get me wrong! I dug it. You have the ability to go off on total random subjects like stabbing Ralph Nader and make it seem totally normal. I loved this entry just because of the complete venom you have when discussing this Jaqueline person: "I cannot imagine her performing some duties of the average girlfriend... EVER. I can, however, imagine her living with her mother for the rest of her life, with hundreds of malnurished cats." That is good stuff. I can't believe your parents would believe your horrible excuse for skipping! Where they born yesterday or what?! I found this entry to be rather disturbing. 21-year-old boys should not be talking to 16-year-old chicks about such things. I'm glad you eventually quit that job. I also dig your taste in music, especially the whole classic rock thing. I read somewhere that you were going to a Slayer/Hatebreed concert, which really doesn't fit the image I have of you in my little peabrain, but that's awesome. Don't comform to society's pressures! All in all, this was a nice little diversion from my CSI fandom, but I don't think I really got into it as much as I probably should have. If I had more time and A LOT more patience, I would have dug through the archives. But hark, you have asked for a review at a point when I'm pretty much ready to give up on reviewing, which sucks for you, but rocks for me! So, basically what I'm trying to say is: Your diary is good. I give you 2 thumbs up and some paint and a paintbrush.
